SEC/WB // ETHICS AND REPORTING

Report a concern.

If you believe something is wrong, tell us. This channel accepts fully anonymous reports and still lets you follow the case, because every submission returns a case code you can use to check status and answer questions without ever identifying yourself. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is prohibited.

FORM/01 // SUBMIT A REPORT

Tell us what happened

Dates, people, systems, contract or invoice numbers, and anything that can be checked independently all help. Write as much or as little as you want.

Leave this blank to stay anonymous. If you do leave it blank, no email, name, IP address, or browser information is stored with your report. Your case code is then the only way to reach the case, including for us.

FORM/02 // CHECK AN EXISTING CASE

Follow up with your case code

Enter the code you were given to see the current status, read anything we have asked you, and reply. This works without revealing who you are.

REF/01 // WHAT WE PROMISE

No retaliation

No one who raises a concern in good faith will be fired, demoted, threatened, have their contract cut, or be treated worse for it. That applies to employees, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients alike. Retaliation is itself a reportable violation of this policy.

Reporting in good faith means you honestly believe what you are telling us, not that you turn out to be right. A concern that is investigated and found unsubstantiated is still a protected report.

REF/02 // HONEST LIMITS

What we cannot promise

Future Vanguard LLC is a very small company. Reports are read by the Managing Member, Raleigh Cortez. You should assume she will see what you write.

If your concern is about the Managing Member, or about anyone she is close to, use an external channel instead. At this company size there is no independent internal party to route around her, and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise.

We also cannot promise absolute confidentiality. If a law, a court, a contracting officer, or a government investigator compels disclosure, we must comply. Staying anonymous is the strongest protection available here, and this form is built to support it.

REF/03 // GO STRAIGHT TO THE GOVERNMENT

External channels

You never have to report to us first. Nothing in any agreement with Future Vanguard LLC restricts you from lawfully reporting waste, fraud, or abuse to a government entity, and any term that appears to do so is void as against these channels.

Contractor employees are protected from reprisal by 41 U.S.C. 4712, and on defense contracts by 10 U.S.C. 4701. The False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. 3730(h), separately protects people who report fraud against the government.

REF/04 // NOT FOR EMERGENCIES

If someone is in danger

This form is monitored during business hours and is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk to someone's safety, call 911.

REF/05 // FULL POLICY
